Skilled in performing quality control inspections, testing, preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment adjustments, and system optimization to ensure maximum performance and reliability. Proficient in reading and interpreting one-line diagrams, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings. Experienced in supporting packaging equipment and technical applications, providing customer service, on-site installations, operator training, and post-installation technical assistance. Adept at diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, using hand and power tools safely and effectively, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess a clean driving record and willing to travel for equipment installation, maintenance, customer support, and field service assignments. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in demanding industrial environments requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and hands-on technical work.
