Local •The Opportunity:
CACI is currently seeking a Junior Engineer 4 in support of a program whose initiative is aimed at combating evolving and emerging threats, supporting related exploitation and replication activities, and advancing operational rehearsal, exercise, wargaming, and counter system development. Additionally, we are focusing on integration and experimentation, including Modeling and Simulation. By joining this team, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the U.S. and our allies' ability to develop and apply models and simulations throughout the lifecycle of military and commercial technologies and systems. Your work will help ensure Warfighter readiness and the realization of future capabilities.Responsibilities:
- Designs, develops, and tests electronic systems and components for a wide array of applications, including commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. Apply knowledge of electronic theory and materials properties to design circuits and components for fields such as telecommunications, aerospace, and acoustics.
- May do the design, development, and testing of mechanical devices and systems.
- Capable of working independently on complex projects, applying advanced problem-solving skills, and often guiding less experienced engineers.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's or higher in technical field (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Chemistry, Mathematics, Operations Research, Physics, and all other engineering majors), Environmental Engineering, Architectural, Civil, Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences.
- 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
