Qualifications/Requirements Education:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar fields.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems, MATLAB/Simulink for simulation, and PCB design, and object-oriented programming (OOP)

Experience:

4-8 years of experience in BMS development or related automotive/power electronics fields.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Lithium-ion cell behaviour, power electronics, and data analysis. o Experience with thermal system design, o Experience in design, development, testing, and integration of battery and battery management systems into mobile applications. o Experience with rectifiers, inverters, power control systems, and chargers.

Responsibilities System Design & Development:

Design BMS hardware, including sensor interfaces, protection circuits, and communication protocols (CAN/LIN).

Algorithm Development:

Develop algorithms to estimate state-of-charge (SOC), state-of-health (SOH), and manage cell balancing.

Testing & Validation:

Perform hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, software validation, and system integration testing.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure battery packs meet safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262), including overcharge/over-temperature protection.

Collaboration:
