Full Job Description Job Title:
Controls Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Support safe launch of Intelligent Power Module (IPM) products and processes. Assist in the development of technology, resource, and production requirements. Contribute to new IPM business opportunities. Address production process or equipment problems and develop solutions. Perform other duties as assigned to support corporate objectives. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 3+ years of experience in controls engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive. Proficient in vision systems such as Cognex and Keyence. Willingness to travel to Japan for equipment qualifications. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electronics manufacturing environment with emphasis on inspection processes. Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and assembly, including failure mode identification and corrective actions. Experience with automated inspection processes, developing inspection judgment criteria, and improving process repeatability. Capability to interface with inspection equipment and implement inspection criteria. Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and Control Plans. Experience in electronics manufacturing and IPC regulations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills for presenting information to various audiences. Ability to lead and mentor engineers or team members.
Pay:
$80,956.69 - $97,496.23 per year
