Job Description:
Project Engineer (Technical Lead) | Drive Complex Projects from Concept to Completion We're looking for a high-impact Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and wants to take ownership of complex engineering projects from start to finish. This is more than a coordination role-you'll be the technical leader , trusted advisor to customers, and a key driver of project success. If you're ambitious, proactive, and known for strong follow-up and accountability, you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Lead the technical execution of projects-ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, guiding decisions and resolving challenges quickly Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep engineering schedules, budgets, and deliverables on track Manage RFIs, change requests, and technical communications with clarity and urgency Oversee document control and submittals to ensure accuracy and timeliness Partner with vendors, manufacturing, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes Support project kickoff meetings, site walkdowns, and customer engagements What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering (or similar) ~5+ years of experience in project-based engineering or technical project leadership Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams Experience working directly with customers, including handling change management and technical discussions Strong communication skills-you're confident interfacing with stakeholders at all levels Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure Willingness to travel and support global projects when needed What Sets You Apart You're proactive , not reactive-you anticipate issues before they arise You follow through- nothing falls through the cracks on your watch You're motivated to grow and take on increasing responsibility You bring a continuous improvement mindset and look for better ways to get things done
