They are known for strong technical capability and a customer-first approach. We are looking for a LCMS Field Service Engineer to join the team in the New England region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting cutting-edge laboratory instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repair, preventative maintenance, and calibration on LCMS systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site at customer labs Provide technical support and guidance on proper system use and maintenance Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery Manage service schedules and travel to client sites as needed (≈75% regional travel)

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with LCMS systems Experience servicing Agilent platforms (SQ, QTOF, QQQ preferred) Strong understanding of HPLC and mass spectrometry theory and operation Field service experience with the ability to work independently Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Compensation:

$100,000 - $130,000 base salary (depending on experience) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving complex technical challenges, and being directly involved in customer success.
