You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical diagnostics to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational excellence for our diverse client base. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions on industrial laser machinery to restore peak performance. Execute precise mechanical and electrical overhauls, including system calibration and component replacement. Provide expert remote technical guidance to clients to facilitate rapid issue resolution. Translate intricate electrical schematics and blueprints into actionable repair strategies. Maintain comprehensive documentation of service interventions to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability. Manage service equipment and tools to ensure readiness for high-stakes field deployments. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with CNC or automated machinery. Proficiency with diagnostic instrumentation including multimeters, calipers, and precision measurement tools. Strong aptitude for reading and interpreting complex electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Competency in Windows-based software for system diagnostics and reporting. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively to support regional operations. Preferred Skills Technical certification or Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. Hands-on experience with VFDs, PLCs, and servo motor control systems. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting high-voltage industrial electrical systems. Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic component integration.
