This role requires deep technical expertise and commercial judgment to achieve business outcomes, while building strong cross-functional relationships across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and key external stakeholders. You'll be the on-site technical champion at customer locations, key accounts, and partner organizations — delivering pre-sales demonstrations, design-in support, post-sales troubleshooting, and training. Success will rely on applying progressive project management practices, collaborating with global R D, and approaching challenges with both curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Provide technical and project leadership for named key accounts, serving as factory liaison
• Deliver pre-sales applications support to expand adoption at strategic customers
• Become the go-to technical expert, testing new product introductions and validating performance
• Partner with R D to close the loop on product issues, bugs, or improvement opportunities
• Support sales with training, product launches, technical documentation, and industry trade shows

Qualifications:

• B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
• 5+ years' related product or field application experience in power electronic products
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into solutions and champion those solutions internally
• Hands-on expertise with power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, chargers, motor drives)
• Familiarity with thermal solutions (axial fans, EC fans, liquid cooling, solenoids, pumps)
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Market familiarity with industries including industrial logistics, energy, agriculture, medical, lighting, automation, food & beverage, off-road vehicles, CNC machines, packaging, oil & gas
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
