- Provide technical and project leadership for named key accounts, serving as factory liaison
- Deliver pre-sales applications support to expand adoption at strategic customers
- Become the go-to technical expert, testing new product introductions and validating performance
- Partner with R D to close the loop on product issues, bugs, or improvement opportunities
- Support sales with training, product launches, technical documentation, and industry trade shows

- B.S.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- 5+ years' related product or field application experience in power electronic products
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into solutions and champion those solutions internally
- Hands-on expertise with power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, chargers, motor drives)
- Familiarity with thermal solutions (axial fans, EC fans, liquid cooling, solenoids, pumps)
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Market familiarity with industries including industrial logistics, energy, agriculture, medical, lighting, automation, food & beverage, off-road vehicles, CNC machines, packaging, oil & gas
- Willingness to travel 20-30%
