Job Description The Senior Product Engineer will serve as a technical leader responsible for supporting product development, manufacturing performance, qualification activities, and complex engineering investigations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, support new product introductions, analyze product and test data, and resolve quality and reliability challenges throughout the product lifecycle. Lead NPI, qualification, yield improvement, and failure analysis activities. Support manufacturing, testing, and engineering teams with technical expertise. Drive root cause investigations, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have a strong semiconductor engineering background and experience supporting products through development, qualification, and manufacturing. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the technical expertise to lead complex investigations while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. 4+ years of semiconductor manufacturing or related engineering experience. Knowledge of semiconductor testing, reliability standards, data analysis, and failure investigation techniques.
