Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Test Program Set (TPS) Engineer to join our team on-site. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in electronic testing and measurement within a dynamic engineering environment. The ideal candidate will support the development, setup, and execution of test programs for electronic systems, contributing to the quality assurance process and ensuring product performance meets specifications. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of test programs for electronic hardware using test equipment and instrumentation. Support the setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of test benches and electronic measurement systems. Conduct tests on analog and digital circuits, recording data accurately for analysis. Collaborate with senior engineers to interpret test results and identify issues or areas for improvement. Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, configurations, and results to ensure repeatability and compliance. Participate in lab activities including configuring oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, power supplies, and other bench instrumentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment on-site. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics, circuits, and electronic measurement concepts. Familiarity with bench instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, power supplies, and power meters through coursework, labs, projects, internships, or co-op experiences. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively on-site in a team environment. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.
