Job Description

Job Summary A Video Conference Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting video conferencing and unified communication solutions across an organization. The role ensures reliable audio/video collaboration services, meeting room technologies, and communication platforms for internal and external users. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain video conferencing systems and meeting room equipment. Support platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and other collaboration tools. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve audio, video, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot conference room hardware including cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, and control panels. Coordinate upgrades, patches, and firmware updates for conferencing infrastructure. Provide technical support during executive meetings, webinars, and large-scale virtual events. Work with network, security, and IT teams to ensure service reliability and compliance. Maintain documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures. Train end users on conferencing technologies and best practices. Required Skills Strong knowledge of video conferencing technologies and unified communications. Experience with Teams, Zoom, Webex, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, or similar conferencing solutions. Familiarity with AV systems, digital signage, and meeting room technologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer support abilities.
Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
