Job Description
Job Title:
Audio-Visual Technician Location:
New York City, NY 10038 Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting videoconferencing, distance-learning, and audio systems across training centers and field offices. Coordinate system implementations, conference room upgrades, vendor support, and videoconferencing requests. Provide technical support, end-user training, and operational documentation.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Tandberg, and Polycom videoconferencing systems and MCUs. Knowledge of Crestron, AMX, and Qumu streaming systems. Experience with Public Address systems, recording systems, Shure, and Lectrosonics wireless microphones. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office. Strong troubleshooting, communication, project coordination, and multitasking skills. #

$55.00 - $60.00 per hour
