Job Description Lead antenna design from concept through production, including patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom solutions Run advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS to drive performance and reliability Own prototype testing and validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, practical, and ready to build Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance and integration issues through structured root‑cause analysis Mentor junior engineers, providing hands‑on guidance in simulation, testing, and design reviews Track emerging antenna technologies and materials, and apply them to new and existing products Produce clear technical documentation, design reports, and customer‑facing presentations MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in antenna of RF system design, preferably in a manufacturing or R D environment OR 5+ years experience in electronic design Minimum 1-2 years of soldering experience required.
