Job Description
What Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services. Product Support/Repair-Field and Depot is responsible for troubleshooting technical problems, diagnosing, analyzing and/or repairing products. Accountabilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and analyze technical issues within laboratory equipment. Oversee the validation of laboratory equipment and the implementation of new testing protocols. Utilize EP Evaluator software to generate comprehensive performance reports. Facilitate customer training sessions on laboratory equipment operation and daily maintenance. •Conduct periodic client site visits to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. Manage FSL (Field Service Logistics) documentation and maintain accurate electronic records.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in medical Technologist is required. A minimum of 2 years previous experience is required; lab equipment validation is highly preferred. Strong technical orientation and experience supporting proprietary and standard applications. Have the ability to troubleshoot problems in a logical manner. Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a time, prioritize as necessary so that all clients receive the highest level of customer service. Microsoft Office Knowledge Intermediate Level is required for this role (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.) Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills. Knowledge in software and computer equipment configuration is preferred. Availability to travel within Puerto Rico territory a 100% of the time is required. Availability to travel to USVI, as assigned. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish verbal and written is required. Active Puerto Rico Driver License is required for this role.
