Type:
full-time Kick-start your career with MGN International in this entry level technical sales and field service position in contamination control products for the semiconductor, microelectronics, chemical manufacturing, and filtration industries. Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary region of focus will be US Northwest, with support for other locations as needed. Engage and support existing customers via telephone, email, web-conference, and in-person meetings. Initiate, develop, and build lasting relationships with new prospective clients and leads. Develop technical competency and expertise to support aspects of customer requirements definition, equipment evaluation, sales, operation, and long term maintenance. Support trade shows and on-site visits for customer sales / training / service. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to process and manage sales quotes, orders, deliveries, project schedules, materials, and services. Create, tailor, and present technical sales and service solutions; discuss customer requirements; highlight product features; and proactive follow-ups to move through the sales process to meet customer timeline. Prepare and submit meeting, trip, and expense reports. Continuing education on industry developments, product portfolio, and related technical knowledge. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Job Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience considered. Six months to one year of related technical sales or equipment support experience preferred, but not required; full service training will be provided. Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and diagnose technical issues efficiently and propose solutions. Possess field service experience or aptitude for on-site customer support and equipment handling. Possess maintenance and repair skills or foundational mechanical/electrical aptitude for working with sensitive laser based equipment. Able to self-manage, plan, and prioritize tasks to accomplish project goals. Not afraid to ask questions and able to seek assistance and collaborate with experienced colleagues. Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, documentation tools, CRM, conferencing platforms) and strong organizational skills. Previous experience in Semiconductor / Electronics or Chemical Manufacturing industry is highly valued. Willingness to travel regionally on a regular basis (OR and nearby area). National and international travel opportunities available based on performance and competency.
