AV Commissioning Field Engineer Visual Sound Inc - 2.0 Broomall, PA Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Visual Sound is seeking a skilled AV Commissioner/Field Engineer for our Corporate Office in Broomall, PA. This role is accountable for troubleshooting, re-installation and maintenance of electronic audio/visual equipment, installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance.
Responsibilities:
Field Commissioning of AV Systems and other Engineering related duties. Communicating system performance to the customer and to the Installation Department. Final commissioning of audio-visual equipment, including, but not limited to audio DSPs, CODECs, switchers, control systems, VTC systems, and video processors. Assisting the Technical Operations team performing installation and system commissioning work as needed. Creating user guides and train end users on how to use their A/V control systems. Refining current processes, developing better workflows, and making educated recommendations. Working closely with the Installation Manager and the Manager of AV Integration to ensure a professional and safe working environment. Maintaining clear communication, documentation and organization of paperwork, tools and company vehicle. Traveling to client sites and occasional out of town travel.
