Outside Service Technician

Duties Perform on-site inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems. Follow detailed service procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical issues and solutions, fostering trust and confidence. Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and time logs. Assist in training customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment when needed. Respond promptly to service calls, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing schedules. Experience Proven experience in field service or technical repair roles, preferably involving electrical or mechanical systems. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members. Ability to work independently outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Prior experience using diagnostic tools and performing preventive maintenance is a plus. Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
