Job Description

Our agency is hiring a highly skilled ATP Technician for our client, a leader in advanced defense technologies. This role is responsible for the testing, validation, and final acceptance of specialized loitering munition systems. You will ensure all hardware meets operational and compliance requirements before deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in electronics and electro-mechanical systems within structured testing environments. You will perform final functional and performance testing on integrated systems while following strict quality and safety standards.

Mon-Fri, 8AM-5:00
PM Salary:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00
DOE Responsibilities:
Conduct hands-on testing of electronic, mechanical, and integrated subsystems in controlled environments. Troubleshoot malfunctions and collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement corrections. Verify the calibration and proper operation of all testing equipment and tools. Ensure compliance with military standards, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines. Document all test results, troubleshooting steps, and corrective measures in a traceable manner. Analyze test data to confirm system reliability and compliance. Assist in updating system and test specifications based on performance findings. Support investigations into issues discovered during integration or field trials. Travel to vendor or partner sites to support integration and final acceptance testing as needed. Qualifications Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in testing technician roles within defense or aerospace manufacturing. Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and quality assurance processes. Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex technical systems. Experience interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings. Familiarity with automated testing systems or specialized test software. Preferred experience with military-grade systems or defense-related platforms.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Per Year
