Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician/Engineer with strong electronics expertise to support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced control systems used in industrial environments. About the Role You will work both independently and as part of a field service team to diagnose, repair, and optimize equipment at customer sites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, technical variety, and direct customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, test, and repair electronic control systems and related components Apply working knowledge of electronic circuits, machine controls, motors, hydraulics, oscilloscopes, and embedded software to resolve field issues Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and test plans Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis Document findings and prepare clear, professional service reports Communicate effectively with customers, OEMs, and vendors to understand issues and deliver solutions Manage RMAs and service requests using internal business systems Participate in structured problem‑solving processes (8D or similar) Provide occasional after‑hours support as needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree in engineering OR associate/technical certificate with 4+ years of hands‑on electronics experience Proven ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and resolve field failures Strong, practical understanding of: Electronic circuits and control systems Motors, hydraulics, and electro‑mechanical components Oscilloscopes, diagnostic tools, and embedded software interactions Professional communication skills and customer‑facing confidence Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% Why This Opportunity You'll join a company known for rugged, reliable electronic solutions and gain autonomy, technical variety, and the chance to directly influence customer success in the field. •
