You will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to resolve complex system issues, directly impacting customer productivity and operational uptime. Responsibilities Diagnose and rectify intricate technical failures in industrial laser cutting machinery to minimize downtime. Execute comprehensive mechanical and electrical overhauls, including system calibration and component replacement. Interpret complex electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to perform precise system analysis. Provide expert remote technical guidance to clients to facilitate rapid resolution of operational hurdles. Maintain high standards of documentation for all service interventions, ensuring accurate tracking of system health. Ensure all service tools and diagnostic equipment are maintained in optimal working order for field readiness. Collaborate with clients to explain repair outcomes and provide recommendations for long-term system reliability. Required Skills Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial manufacturing equipment. Proficiency with diagnostic instrumentation including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and precision measurement tools. Strong command of Windows-based service software and technical reporting. Ability to read and interpret complex industrial electrical and mechanical schematics. Valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to travel for field assignments. Comfortable performing technical tasks in varied industrial environments, including working at heights. Preferred Skills Technical degree or certification in mechatronics, electronics, or industrial mechanics. Hands-on experience with PLC programming, servo motors, and variable frequency drives (VFD). Demonstrated success in troubleshooting high-voltage industrial electrical systems. Prior experience in a customer-facing field service role within the laser or CNC industry.
