Job Description
Position Summary Key Responsibilities Design and develop power electronic converters (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC) for industrial drive systems Create and validate designs for rectifiers, inverters, and high-power switching circuits Perform circuit simulation, modeling, and analysis (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) Support control algorithm development for power conversion and motor control systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including controls, mechanical, and manufacturing engineering Conduct design verification testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Provide technical support during prototype builds, system integration, and field installations Ensure designs meet industry standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and product performance Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr. Full benefits- health, dental, vision, 401K Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Milwaukee,WI.
