Responsibilities:

Utilization of company software systems to track, organize, and verify utility, energy, water data. Energy data input. Energy data extraction and organization. Identify and resolve data issues and anomalies with utilities and customers Customer onboarding and maintenance tasks. Maintain external online data base access and resolve access issues Coordinate EPA Energy Star Portfolio, and award platform submissions. Receive and fulfill data requests. Bill API processing. Cross-functional project coordination and execution. Energy compliance and submissions. External coordination with vendors and utilities. Minimal customer facing duties

Knowledge & Skills:

Basic understanding of utilities and energy procurement (electric, natural gas, water). Data entry experience. Experience with excel. Comfortable with software and web-based applications. High accuracy and detail oriented. Experience with EnergyCAP or other energy benchmarking software is a plus, but not required.
