- JOB SUMMARY
- The Energy Efficiency Analyst supports performance and internal coordination of Georgia Power's regulated Commercial and Residential energy efficiency and demand response programs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Experience
- + 4-year accredited degree preferred with additional consideration given for relevant industry certifications + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) + Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Experience/Knowledge:
- + Understanding of Energy Efficiency programs, including incentives, administrative costs, marketing enablement, and analytics + 0-2+ years of marketing and communications + Experience supporting program financial tracking including accruals + General understanding of Company operations, regulatory requirements, and internal governance processes + Experience collaborating with procurement, contracting, and vendor management processes + Experience with Power BI, Adobe platforms and various analytics tools.
