What You'll Be Doing Under general supervision, the Investment Banking Analyst is responsible for conducting industry research, building financial models to analyze company projections and or potential transactions, drafting offering memorandums for public or private financings, drafting client presentation materials and working with clients to execute financing or merger transactions. This role is based in New York and supports Stifel's Clean Energy & Power investment banking practice. What We're Looking For Conduct industry research. Work with clients to execute financing or merger transactions Some travel by car and/or air in conjunction with local, regional and/or national travel, up to 10%. What You'll Bring Investment Banking Knowledge
- Experience with financial modeling and analysis with significant exposure to finance and accounting. Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge of the financial markets, the industry, the analysis and reporting of financial data, and associated terminology. Time Management
- Highly-motivated and energetic while managing one's time, and effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines to ensure the timely completion of all items. Personal Characteristics

Education & Experience Minimum Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fieldMinimum Required:
0-2 years as a business analyst, or related experience in brokerage industryLicenses & Credentials Minimum Required:
None Systems & Technology Proficient inMicrosoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Compensation Range Salary:
USD $110,000.00/Yr.- USD $135,000.
