How You'll Contribute Manage comprehensive Day-Ahead energy and ancillary service bidding for LCRA generation portfolio. Execute precise physical energy and ancillary trade scheduling. Partner with the Real-Time Desk to maximize asset efficiency and real-time performance. Analyze customer demand patterns to formulate daily mitigation strategies that reduce financial and operational risks. Optimize LCRA's energy storage assets on a daily and hourly basis. Develop custom analytical tools and automated workflows to accelerate and refine daily decision-making. How You're Qualified Six or more years' experience in energy analytics or relevant experience. A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or a relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. How You'll Stand Out Bachelor's or higher degree in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or relevant field. Experience in VBA, Excel, Python, Power BI, AI and other analytical tools. Strong in quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Strong internal and external relationship skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
