Job Description
Role Overview The Energy Effeciency/ eTRM Implementation Specialist serves as the primary liaison between eTrack platform, the eTRM savings calculation system, the Energy Measurement & Verification (EM&V) team, ANB Systems, and Implementation Contractors (ICs). This role is responsible for ensuring that energy efficiency savings calculations are accurately configured, validated, tested, and reconciled across all participating systems and stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine expertise in energy efficiency savings methodologies, Technical Reference Manuals (TRMs), system validation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless implementation of annual and mid-year savings calculation updates. Key Responsibilities Review of ANB's eTRM configuration following each annual and mid-year TRM update to confirm savings formulas have been implemented correctly by EM&V specifications Identify and document discrepancies between ANB's eTRM implementation and EM&V's intended formula logic Escalate formula discrepancies to the EM&V team and ANB, and lead the resolution process to completion Maintain working knowledge of current eTRM savings calculations across all active programs and measures Build, maintain, and update the IC-to-eTRM measure crosswalk document, mapping IC measure names and codes to PSE&G eTRM measure taxonomy Ensure the crosswalk is updated with each TRM cycle and distributed to all relevant ICs and internal stakeholders before testing begins Proactively identify naming or mapping mismatches between IC systems and eTRM that could cause invoice validation failures Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, with direct exposure to savings calculations, measure development, or EM&V processes Strong working knowledge of energy efficiency measure savings methodologies, including common measure types across residential, C&I, and multifamily programs Experience working with or interpreting Technical Reference Manuals (TRMs) or similar regulatory savings documentation
