Reporting to our Director of Lending and Investment, you'll support our residential energy efficiency loan program with a focus on homeowner application processing. You'll manage the day-to-day intake and pipeline coordination for Clean Energy Fund of Texas' residential loan programs, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for homeowner applicants from initial intake through documentation completion while maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish, and a genuine commitment to serving homeowners in underserved communities. Through innovative financing solutions and strategic partnerships, we're empowering families, businesses, and communities to participate in Texas's clean energy transition. General Responsibilities Application Processing & Pipeline Coordination Monitor and review incoming applications in Salesforce for completeness and basic eligibility indicators Conduct initial outreach to applicants via phone, text, and email to explain program requirements, timelines, and documentation needs clearly in English and Spanish Track outstanding documentation and follow up with applicants and contractors to ensure timely and complete application files Follow up and coordinate with contractors and applicants to advance applications to closing, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline status across Salesforce and Monday.com to ensure visibility into application progress Identify and escalate concerns to Energy Efficiency & Partnerships Officers in a timely manner Customer Support & Administrative Coordination Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants and contractors, providing responsive and professional support throughout the process Maintain clear and detailed records of all application-related communications and documentation updates Support overall program operations by ensuring data accuracy and organized recordkeeping Assist with basic reporting and internal tracking of application status and outcomes Identify and communicate process gaps or inefficiencies to support continuous improvement Support the preparation of status updates, dashboards, and materials for internal meetings. Provide occasional support for team events or contractor-related activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, program coordination, or similar roles Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliability and accountability Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Adobe) Preferred Qualifications Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) or project management tools Familiarity with document collection, data entry, or compliance-related processes Experience working in nonprofit, community-based, or housing/financial assistance programs Interest in clean energy, sustainability, or community development What we offer This role is expected to work Monday-Friday during normal business hours for approximately 20-25 hours per week. Our part-time employees are offered the following benefits: 100% employer-covered dental insurance for employees (up to 90% employer contribution toward coverage for spouse and family); work-from-home reimbursements (internet, phone, and office setup); up to 3% employer match to 401K; 14 paid holidays; and prorated vacation, sick, and paid parental and caregiver leave based on scheduled hours relative to a full-time (40-hour) schedule. This role is a remote opportunity with a strong preference for candidates based in the Houston or Austin metro areas or within Texas. Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, and other external engagements.
