Charging & System Development Engineer

Jamaica Market Summary/Objectives:

A member of the core team that is responsible for managing prepaid, charging and support systems under supervision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Carry out operational routines and upgrades routinely to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and capacity management is carried to ensure smooth run of promotions and product rollouts. Assist with coordination and communication with key external stakeholders to ensure necessary capacity planning for new system deployments. Perform upgrades and incident management with support.

Academic Qualifications:

B.Sc. Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science Software Engineering and Master's degree will be an additional asset. 2+ years working experience with Mediation and Activation/OSS/BSS or Application System maintenance, deployment or development. Good knowledge in Telecoms/IT.
