Job Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on Mid Level E&I Engineer who can elevate engineering standards, guide teams, and ensure projects are delivered with precision and efficiency. Compensation:
$120-140K based on experience What You'll Be Doing Lead development of engineering standards, templates, and specifications Oversee design deliverables aligned with project and industry requirements Manage multiple projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget goals Partner with construction teams to support execution and estimating Mentor and direct designers and engineers to ensure high-quality output Review and validate designs for accuracy, compliance, and best practices Serve as a technical resource to solve complex design challenges What You'll Need to be Considered 5-10 years of experience developing construction design documents in a design-build or consulting engineering environment Strong understanding of workflow between design disciplines and engineering packages Ability to manage projects across quality, schedule, and budget requirements Hands-on experience with electrical schematics, plans, and schedules Capability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering team members Strong communication skills working across customers, vendors, and internal teams INENG
