About this Role Onsite in Birmingham, AL Join Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG)—a leading division of Quanta Services, Inc. (

PWR)—and play a pivotal role on a flagship data center project in Indiana . As our Contracts Manager, you will be at the center of project delivery, driving the workflows that keep customer contracts, subcontracts, and joint venture agreements moving from first draft to final execution. This is a high-impact position where your expertise will directly influence project success and set the pace for our execution teams. Once the Indiana project wraps, you'll continue to take on key roles across future high-profile projects , expanding your impact within a growing, industry-leading organization. What You'll Do Manage the end-to-end contract workflow, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking customer contracts, subcontracts, notices, change orders, delay/cost settlements, certificates of insurance, and lien waivers. Prepare and lead detailed RFQs for subcontracted work; vet potential subcontractors to ensure compliance with Quanta safety, quality, and financial requirements. Partner closely with field teams, project management, Legal, and Operations to ensure contractual alignment, resolve disputes, and support successful project execution. Maintain and organize all contract documentation—including key terms, deadlines, obligations, templates, and lessons learned—ensuring accurate filing and timely distribution to internal and external stakeholders. Schedule and facilitate contract-related meetings, assign and track action items, and ensure deadlines are met. Support invoicing, special projects, and other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Required Experience & Education Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of contracts experience in the construction or services industry, with strong emphasis on contract and subcontract management. EPC project experience required; experience in natural gas generation and/or electric power (transmission and distribution) strongly preferred. Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Proactive self-starter able to work independently while supporting team priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
