- Manage one or multiple civil site development projects for a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients
- Oversee the preparation of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure successful project delivery
- Lead proposal preparation and fee development efforts to support business development
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
- Visit client offices, job sites, and consultant locations to support project execution and client relationships
- Oversee engineering work and ensure alignment with project objectives and company standards
- Monitor project performance using Vision, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers and technicians
- Communicate project status, risks, and solutions effectively to clients and leadership What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 12+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
- Experience managing complex public and private civil site development projects
- Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
- Experience planning, coordinating, and directing multiple large or complex engineering projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in a collaborative environment
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Strong leadership abilities and decision-making skills
- Understanding of business financial metrics and project performance
