This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the functionality, safety, and efficiency of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a key contributor to our operations team, the Chief Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance while driving high-quality performance across all maintenance functions.
Compensation:
$32,000 - $40,000
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for brand partners, ensuring alignment with current standards and protocols. Inspect and evaluate building systems to identify required maintenance, repairs, or system upgrades. Hire, train, schedule, and manage the performance of maintenance staff. Assist in budget planning, including estimating costs for repairs and capital improvement projects. Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of progressive maintenance experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance tracking or work order systems. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
