We're hiring an experienced PM to lead the electrical scope on a major, multi?year healthcare facility in Bentonville, Arkansas - a project with massive scale, cutting?edge technology, and long?term stability. What You'll Lead:
Full electrical project lifecycle for a large, ground?up healthcare facility Coordination of BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and advanced electrical systems Oversight of field teams, subcontractors, scheduling, and daily operations Budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control for a multi?million?dollar electrical package Collaboration with GC, engineers, architects, and medical facility stakeholders Quality, safety, compliance, and documentation across a multi?year build Strategic planning and problem?solving in a fast?moving, mission?critical environment
What You Bring:
2+ years of Electrical Project Management experience Strong background in large commercial, healthcare, mission?critical, or institutional projects Ability to lead field teams and manage complex electrical scopes with confidence Proficiency in project scheduling, cost management, and construction documentation Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills A proactive, solutions?driven mindset and passion for building meaningful, high?impact projects
