Job Description
Diversified Construction & Design is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing Mechanical Division. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree); minimum high school diploma required 5+ years of experience managing construction projects in industries such as oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, or wood products Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools Strong understanding of construction practices, safety regulations, and multi-discipline coordination Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Promote our company to actively seek and secure new customers Actively help develop capitol/discretionary budgets, short term as well as long term. Display multi-craft supervision/management skills within operating facilities. Coordinate with project stakeholders to quickly resolve issues. Management of subcontractor solicitation, selection, coordination and evaluation. Development of bid proposals and project estimates. Research project specifications and make constructability evaluations. Perform material take-offs and obtain procurement pricing Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and execute project communication plans Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Perform both field and office responsibilities as needed to support project and business needs Schedule Monday to FridaySimilar remote jobs
