About Our Client The organization develops and manufactures specialty chemical formulations and advanced materials used in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging . These products enable the production of microchips that power technologies such as artificial intelligence, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and data infrastructure. Job Description Ensure all engineering activities and project work are conducted in accordance with site safety, environmental, health, and operational standards. Support the investigation and resolution of safety-related incidents, near misses, and operational concerns. Monitor team performance, project progress, and deliverables while providing guidance and resources to maintain schedules and objectives. Partner with Manufacturing leadership to investigate equipment failures, process issues, and operational inefficiencies, ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented. Work closely with Quality and Product Management teams to address customer concerns, product quality issues, and corrective action plans within required timelines. Balance workload and resource assignments while creating opportunities for cross-training and skill development across the team. Provide input to leadership regarding staffing, resource requirements, budgeting, and future organizational needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process performance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Mentor and develop engineering personnel through coaching, performance management, and career development planning. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in automation, chemical manufacturing, or semiconductor manufacturing will also be considered. 6 to 8+ years of experience in a high-volume chemical manufacturing environment. Prior leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership skills in fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environments. Demonstrated project management experience with a track record of driving results. Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving abilities. Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and statistical data analysis. Experience with JMP statistical software is preferred. Familiarity with
LIMS, SAP, SQL
databases, and other manufacturing systems. Experience with SAP MII is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. What's on
Offer Salary Range:
$120,000 - $130,000 + Annual Bonues Heatlh Insurance 401k (Company Match) PTO Available
