Job Description
The Senior Director of AI & Data Intake Value and OCM is an enterprise-scale strategic leader accountable for the full lifecycle of AI and data initiatives — from intake and AOP planning through delivery governance, value realization, and sustained organizational adoption. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change, ensuring that every AI and data initiative Honeywell Aerospace invests in is rigorously prioritized, properly resourced, measurably valuable, and successfully embedded in the business. The leader in this role owns the enterprise AI & Data demand pipeline, drives DRIP-in (Demand-Roadmap-Intake-Prioritization) governance, leads ROI collation and business case development, and partners closely with delivery teams across data engineering, AI applied delivery, and enterprise architecture to ensure end-to-end execution quality. They also lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) function for all AI and data programs — designing and executing adoption strategies that translate technical delivery into durable business capability.
Responsibilities:
- AOP Planning & Enterprise AI Demand Management + Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle for all AI and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with STRAP, AOP, and sector digital transformation priorities.

risk-adjusted projections, TCO modeling, and J-curve cash flow analysis. + Partner with Finance to co-develop value realization tracking mechanisms — ensuring AI investment outcomes are measurable, attributable, and reportable at the portfolio level. + Produce quarterly AI portfolio performance reports for the ALT (Aerospace Leadership Team), including realized value vs. projected, variance explanations, and forward-looking adjustments. + Build and maintain benefit realization plans for each initiative, defining clear value milestones, accountability assignments, and measurement cadences from project kick-off through steady state. + Challenge and validate ROI assumptions submitted by delivery teams — acting as an independent voice of financial rigor within the AI & Data organization.US PERSONS REQUIREMENTS
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
- + 12+ years of progressive experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or enterprise program leadership roles within large, complex organizations (Fortune 500 preferred).
