full-time About the Company A growing commercial General Contractor in the Tempe, AZ area is looking for a true Electrical Project Manager - not just someone with electrical exposure, but someone who actually came up through the field and understands TI work inside and out. About the
Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who still knows the field, understands electrical construction inside and out, and can lead projects onsite from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Run multiple commercial electrical projects from kickoff through closeout Manage budgets, schedules, manpower, procurement, and profitability Coordinate with GCs, engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients Handle change orders, pricing, negotiations, and material procurement Lead field execution and ensure work is completed correctly and safely Visit jobsites regularly and keep projects moving forward Oversee electrical crews and subcontractors Track project progress using MS Project and Bluebeam Ensure projects meet quality, code, and safety standards Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Strong commercial TI experience Journeyman electrician experience or equivalent field experience Experience managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously Strong field leadership and client coordination skills Ability to lead onsite teams, solve problems, and keep projects moving

Compensation Package:
