94710 A Program Manager, Supplier Industrialization Engineering job opportunity is open with our client in Berkeley, CA. In this role you will manage project schedules, proactively surface risks and gaps, and roll up the overall health of SIE work efforts for leadership, working closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and program management. To be considered for this role you will have 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a hardware, manufacturing, or supplier-facing engineering environment. Job Duties
  • This role reports into the Supplier Industrialization Engineering (SIE) team
  • You will manage project schedules, proactively surface risks and gaps, and roll up the overall health of SIE work efforts for leadership, working closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and program management.
  • Own Project Schedules:
    Manage and maintain timelines across all active SIE workstreams, ensuring milestones stay aligned with the overall company program schedule.
  • Surface Risks Proactively:
    Identify schedule, resource, and technical gaps before they become blockers, and drive resolution with the responsible engineering and supplier teams.
  • Report Program Health:
    Build and maintain reporting that gives leadership a clear, consistent view of the overall health of SIE work efforts.
  • Tie Projects to the
Bigger Picture:
Connect individual supplier industrialization projects back to the broader company program schedule and flag downstream impacts.
    Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:
    Partner with engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing to keep priorities and dependencies visible and coordinated.
    • Facilitate Program Rhythm:
      Run recurring status reviews, gate checks, and stakeholder updates to keep projects moving and decisions timely. Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a hardware, manufacturing, or supplier-facing engineering environment.
    • Experience supporting new product development (NPD) programs from concept through production ramp, including supplier industrialization or NPI.
    • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent programs simultaneously and tying each back to a larger program schedule.
    • Strong skills in gap analysis and proactive risk identification.
    • Experience building and delivering status and health reporting to leadership.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
