Apple Health is looking for a world-class program manager with deep experience coordinating complex, multi-workstream programs across technical, design, clinical, legal, operations, business, and partner teams. This role requires someone who can bridge very different disciplines from software engineering and design to healthcare delivery. Description The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, clear communicator, and collaborator who is strategic, proactive, and highly organized. Success in this role depends on stakeholder management, leading through influence and ambiguity, and delivering results in a complex, collaborative environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience as an engineering or technical program manager Experience managing projects of all sizes, including large, complex, cross-functional initiatives Expertise in crafting project timelines, work breakdown structures, and resource planning across multiple functional teams Ability to navigate through ambiguity to clarify objectives and execution plans Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience launching healthcare products Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies and tools Excellent attention to detail Ability to build strong relationships and influence others Track record of defining processes and implementing them Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $203,300 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
