Background in Land Use Planning or Civil Engineering. Ten years' experience as Project Manager managing staff and projects. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service. MA Degree in City/Regional Planning or BS in Civil Engineering, plus a California PE or AICP. Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills.
