Senior eDiscovery & AI Assisted Review Analyst Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid/Onsite Flexibility $150,000-$180,000 Base + OT + Bonus A nationally recognized, Top 10 midsize litigation firm is seeking a Senior eDiscovery & AI Assisted Review Analyst to serve as a senior technical partner to attorneys on complex, high-stakes matters. This is an opportunity to join a cutting-edge litigation platform known for its work in sophisticated commercial disputes, white-collar defense, investigations, regulatory matters, and mission-driven public interest work. This role is ideal for an experienced eDiscovery professional who is fluent in modern litigation technology and excited to help shape how advanced AI, analytics, and technology-assisted review are deployed across the discovery lifecycle. The Senior eDiscovery & AI Assisted Review Analyst will act as a trusted advisor to litigation teams, helping design defensible AI-enabled workflows, manage complex productions, train case teams, oversee vendor relationships, and drive best practices across discovery, analytics, review, and production. This is a senior-level, hands-on role for someone who can operate independently, advise attorneys with confidence, and bring structure, judgment, and technical depth to fast-moving litigation matters.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a senior technical advisor and primary point of contact for litigation teams across multiple offices. Lead eDiscovery and litigation technology efforts across the full EDRM lifecycle, including collection, processing, review, analytics, production, and post-production. Design and oversee AI-enabled review workflows involving generative AI, LLM-based review tools, TAR/CAL, predictive coding, conceptual clustering, communication analysis, sentiment/entity analysis, language identification, and automated redactions. Partner directly with attorneys on responsible AI usage, including tool selection, prompt design, validation methodology, sampling, QC, and defensibility. Train partners, associates, and review teams on effective use of AI-assisted review and analytics tools. Lead document productions end to end, including setup, execution, validation, delivery, and production-level QC. Administer and advise on platforms such as Relativity, Relativity aiR, Everchron, and comparable litigation technology tools. Manage outside eDiscovery vendors, including project scoping, SOWs, proposal review, invoice review, budgeting, and vendor accountability. Counsel case teams on production strategy, metadata handling, redactions, privilege issues, rolling productions, and ESI protocol compliance. Maintain defensible matter-level documentation, including processing logs, production specs, QC checklists, analytics decisions, and production logs. Serve as an internal champion for analytics, automation, and responsible AI adoption.Ideal Qualifications:
5-7+ years of progressive litigation technology or eDiscovery experience in a law firm or comparable legal environment. Strong experience supporting complex, high-stakes litigation matters. Hands-on experience with Relativity, Relativity aiR, Everchron, or comparable platforms. Sophisticated understanding of ESI protocols, structured load files, productions, metadata, processing specs, and discovery exchange guidelines. Experience with AI-assisted review tools, generative AI review platforms, TAR/CAL, predictive coding, or LLM-based litigation tools. Strong judgment around validation, defensibility, sampling, privilege, QC, and attorney-facing workflows. Ability to communicate clearly with attorneys, vendors, litigation support teams, and business professionals. Certifications such as CEDS, RCA, or CIPP/US are strongly preferred.Similar remote jobs
