Coordinate activities across Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and external suppliers. Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding project status, quality, and delivery. Drive issue resolution related to tooling, molding processes, quality, and production. Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables. Support process validation, production readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate communication between U.S. and overseas teams and suppliers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of injection molding processes and plastic product manufacturing. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain. PMP certification preferred. Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
