This self-starter will drive Process and Non-Conforming Material (NCM) initiatives, collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve production yield, rework quality, and NCM processes. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, optimizing operations, and fostering continuous improvement.
