What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer Mgr you will be responsible for leading a team that validates the structural integrity of aircraft using metals, non‑metallic and composite materials across new designs, modifications and sustainment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Directing static strength analysis of primary, secondary structures and systems. Overseeing the use of CATIA, IDEAS, ProEngineer and related software tools. Coordinating recruitment, selection, training and performance assessments for team members. Managing work assignments, salary decisions and recognition or disciplinary actions. Ensuring analysis results support design decisions and compliance requirements. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college with 8+ years of related experience. May have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. Ability to obtain a security clearance. Desired Skills Previous engineering leadership experience. Stress analysis work experience with U-2 aircraft. Familiarity with existing LM Aero stress analysis tools. Previous experience working with USG customer. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Technical writing for the preparation of plans, briefings, and reports.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
