The core team has a diverse range of expertise in mechanical, electrical, and software. The successful candidate for this position must have a broad background in engineering design and experience with program management. This individual will interface with design engineering, firmware teams, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to identify and define product constraints, identify key change items, and work closely to resolve issues. Communicating and present project status, highlight schedule risks and decencies, motivate the team to meet aggressive deadline, anticipate the possible pitfalls and provide creative solutions will all be essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate takes pride in their hands-on work, analytical ability, organizational skills, and is highly motivated.
