Role Summary Degryse anticipates hiring a Project Manager / Estimator to support commercial electrical projects from estimating through execution. The position is expected to function initially as a junior PM working under senior leadership while combining estimating and project-management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare estimates for commercial electrical opportunities. Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and bid documents. Develop labor and material takeoffs. Support pricing and proposal preparation. Assist with project planning after award. Coordinate field requirements with Foremen and project leadership. Track project budgets, materials, schedules, and scope changes. Support change-order pricing and documentation. Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and field personnel. Assist with project closeout and documentation. Maintain organized project records and reporting. Required Qualifications Commercial electrical construction experience. Electrical estimating and/or project-management experience. Ability to read electrical plans and specifications. Understanding of commercial electrical materials and installation methods. Strong organization and communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Combined PM/Estimator experience. Experience with smaller commercial/TI projects. Field electrical background. Experience with medical, office, retail, restaurant, or similar commercial work. Experience working for a smaller commercial electrical contractor.
