Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Survivability Modeling & Simulation Manager for a top aerospace and defense client. This individual will lead all Survivability Modeling & Simulation efforts while serving as the organization's technical authority for aircraft signature management, including radar cross section (RCS), infrared (IR), acoustic, and visual survivability solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of engineers and analysts, drive technical strategy, ensure successful execution of complex programs, and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines to develop next-generation aerospace platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence advanced aircraft design, mentor high-performing engineering teams, support classified defense initiatives, and contribute to cutting-edge survivability technologies within a highly innovative environment. Skills and Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering or a related technical field as well as eleven or more years of progressively complex engineering experience. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Understanding of a wide range of technical theories and concepts related to electromagnetics, RF, and/or IR integration of subsystems
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Strong team player with demonstrated leadership qualities. The successful candidate will work under general supervision, following established procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance is required
• Must possess the ability to contribute to the development of new concepts and techniques
• Existing DoD Security Clearance
• Experience with aircraft signature control (RCS, IR, acoustic, visual
• Knowledge of low TRL (1-3) technology development
• Experience developing simulation software tools and processing codes
• Capital planning, IRAD, and engineering budget management experience
