Butcher Power Products, a Fresno-based manufacturer of electric motors and power transmission products, seeks a Director of Facilities & Administrative Services to lead facility operations, maintenance, and office support. This role oversees building, equipment, and grounds for our manufacturing campus, ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You will manage administrative services, vendor relationships, and facility projects while developing a small team. Partner closely with operations and engineering to support production needs and drive continuous improvement in uptime, cost control, and workspace efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for manufacturing and office facilities Manage administrative services including office operations, vendor contracts, and supplies Develop and enforce safety, security, and compliance procedures for the facility Plan and manage facilities and admin budgets, forecasting capital and operating needs Lead and develop maintenance and administrative staff, setting priorities and schedules Coordinate facility projects, upgrades, and space planning with operations and engineering Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset life Establish and monitor service levels for internal customers and external vendors Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local building codes Drive continuous improvement in facilities reliability, cost control, and workplace efficiency Required Skills Facilities management Maintenance planning Budgeting and cost control Vendor and contract management OSHA and safety compliance Project management Space planning Mechanical/electrical systems familiarity CMMS or maintenance software Team leadership
