As a Manufacturing Engineer, Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Lead manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality standards + Manage cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives + Develop and oversee production schedules to meet organizational goals + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards + Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
• What's Needed?
• + Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related leadership roles + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control + Excellent communication and team management skills + 8-12 direct reports + Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
