We are not looking for someone to "see cleaning contracts". We are looking for a leader who can take ownership of our growth, build a sales engine, and help scale a 30+ year-long company to the next level.If you:
Think like an owner Have confidence leading people and closing large deals Want to build something - not just collect a paycheck Responsibilities You will take full ownership of: Driving new revenue growth Building and managing a sales team Creating and executing marketing strategies Positioning KGFS to wind large commercial contracts (40K -1M+sf ft) This is a hands-on leadership role—you will both sell and lead. Qualifications (Required) Proven track record closing large commercial deals Experience building or managing a sales team Strong ability to generate your own pipeline Confident communicator who can lead and influence High level of accountability and ownership mentality Ability to think strategically AND execute aggressively Qualifications (Preferred) Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, or B2B services History of growing revenue significantly in past roles Strong network with property managers/facility decision makers Experience implementing sales systems and processesCompensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary:
